Hilo Fish Company is operating in full compliance with the United States FDA mandated HACPP program illustrated in regulation 21 CRF Part 123 and 1240. We are also in compliance with all Federal and State “Fair Packaging and Labeling Act”.

Hilo fish Company has a Full time Food Safety and Quality Assurance Compliance Officer that has conducted a hazard analysis for all products and has implemented the necessary procedures to prevent hazards from occurring.

Hilo Fish Company has established Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures in accordance with Good manufacturing Practice in manufacturing, packing or holding human food.
