Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them

  • The items were purchased in the last 7 days

A new item may be exchanged for another item(s) or returned for a refund if it meets the criteria listed above.

Return shipping charges: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of items are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the items during shipping.
